Jessica Crow is an independent arbitrator who specialises in energy and natural resources, international climate law and governance, construction & engineering, general commercial disputes and public international law. She has particular expertise in matters relating to the energy transition and the international climate change regime.

With over 10 years’ experience in international commercial and investment arbitration in both civil and common law jurisdictions, Jessica has worked at leading law firms in London, and Paris.

She is admitted to practice in New York and as a Solicitor in England and Wales and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has served as Sole, Co-Arbitrator and counsel and has broad experience resolving high value, complex disputes under most major arbitral institutions, numerous governing laws, and arbitral seats.

The current president of the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners association, Jessica is a member of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee, the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (North America), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators ADR & Sustainability Specialist Group Steering Committee.

She is a member of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Panel of Arbitrators (ADGM), Shanghai Arbitration Commission Panel of Arbitrators (SHAC), and Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC).
