Education, scientific and academic activities:

In 2005, graduated with honors from the Department of Law of the Polotsk State University.
In 2007, defended the Master's thesis on the topic of “Public roots of economic legal proceedings in international private law relations” and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Law.
2007 – completed advanced training courses at the Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of Judges, Prosecutors, Courts and Judicial Agencies of the Belarusian State University (2007);
2010 – completed courses in "Administrative Discretion and the Rule of Law" (MIB School of Management (Trieste, Italy, 2010);
In 2012, defended the PhD thesis on the topic of “The application of the provisions of private international law in economic proceedings: certain aspects” and was awarded the PhD degree.
In 2015, was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor under the specialty of Law.
Authored more than 150 applied science works on the issues of commercial law and its procedures, international private law, the law concerning the World Trade Organization, and sports law, which were published in Belarusian and foreign publications.
From 2007 to 2009 – Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of the Law Division of the educational institution Vitebsk State University named after P. M. Masherov;
From 2010 to 2021 – Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Law and Legal Regulation of Economic Activities of the Law Division of the educational institution Belarusian State University. Courses taught: Basics of Alternative Dispute Resolution; Sports Law; World Trade Organization Law; Mediation Procedures; Theory and Practice of Liaising and Mediation in the Economic Sphere.
From 2021 up to present - Comparative and International Dispute Resolution, LLM, Queen Mary University of London.

From 16.10.2006 to 10.01.2009 – Assistant to the Chairman of the Commercial Court of the Vitebsk Region;

Represented the interests of a Belarusian company in a case concerning the protection of assets from unlawful foreclosure worth more than 7 million US dollars;

Represented the interests of a Russian company in the case of recognition and enforcement in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of a foreign court decision in the amount of more than 130 million Russian rubles;

Represented the interests of a Belarusian construction company in the case of collecting more than 1 million US dollars;

Represented the interests of one of the leaders of the Belarusian IT sector in the case of recovering $ 1.3 million;

Represented the interests of a Baltic investor in the case of recovering non-returning investments;

Represented the interests of a major Swiss carrier in a case of loss of goods worth about 1 million US dollars;

Represented Baltic investor in the procedure of recognition and enforcement of Danish state court decision;

Represented Belarusian company in VIAC in the case of recovering debts and losses.
