Ana Paula has a nine-year professional experience in the practice of international and domestic arbitration. She has acted as counsel and as tribunal secretary in arbitral cases held under the auspices of different arbitral institutions (e.g., ICC, CAM-CCBC, CMA-FIESP, FGV, AMCHAM). Disputes are related to M&A, construction and infrastructure, public procurement contracts, supply of goods and corporate contracts, inter alia. In addition to her arbitration practice, Ana Paula is currently pursuing a PhD in Private Law at the University of São Paulo Law School (USP).
