Arbitration and Mediation is what I believe in to be one of the most user friendly and sustainable dispute resolution mechanism that is made for everyone with easy access and less procedural compliances. A mechanism that is made for the disputants by the disputants as per their own preferences. There cannot be a more user friendly platform where parties in dispute can resolve their disputes/differences with less or no intervention from the Domestic Courts. I believe in the mechanism as disputes/differences can be avoided well within time or resolved as per the business needs of the disputants through ADR mechanisms, the foremost being mediation.

I have been practising in this field for close to 13 years and I have not come across a better alternative dispute resolution mechanism and the process has only evolved with the use of technology and online platforms made for conducting hearings and resolving the disputes through discussions online. My profile already highlights the my relevant educational qualifications and work experience and my empanelments.

I look forward to being an active contributor on RAI and enhancing the initiative by spreading knowledge about arbitrations and its benefits.
