I have been part of the team that provided expert opinion on the whether pharmaceutical companies registered by foreigners in Nigeria need to be licensed to practice in Nigeria in an LCIA Arbitration No: 204892 between Idi Holdings and Olubukunola Adewunmi George & another; and I am currently participating in the ongoing arbitration over a construction dispute between Borno State Government of Nigeria and Hajiag Construction Company.
