He has been list on the panels of arbitrators, mediators of the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (Vietnam), Ho Chi Minh City Commercial Arbitration Centre (TRACENT, Vietnam), the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre (MCAC, Da Nang City, Vietnam) and Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC, Malaysia), Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI, Thailand), Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC, Thailand), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC, China).
He is also the Vice President of the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre (MCAC, Vietnam), Deputy Secretary General and in charge of Vice Chair of the Board of Advisory of the Southern Trade Arbitration Centre (STAC).
In addition, he is a visiting lecturer at some universities in Ho Chi Minh City, lecturing on legal skills, business law, contract law and arbitration commercial law.
