My current activities include the following:
Taking clients’ briefs and interviews, Legal research, Litigation, Arbitration, Office management, corporate services, Review of litigation files and drafting of various court processes.
Instituting and defending actions including election matters, cases of human rights violations, employment related matters, civil and criminal matters at various courts and tribunals both within and outside jurisdiction.
Drafting transfer of title documents, Perfection/ Registration of title and Deeds of Mortgages.
Review, finalisation and drafting of legal opinion. I produced reports and write ups on legal related issues.
Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements, I provided integrated legal, risk and regulatory advice and support to organizations.
Addressing all areas of legal and regulatory compliance, including issues concerning the regulation of the firm and clients adjacent businesses.
Managing relationships with Federal Government agencies and offices as an external solicitor.
I have successfully instituted and defended several matters at superior Courts/ Tribunals and have also written several appellate courts briefs that have earned the firm several judgments at appellate courts especially at the Court of Appeal, Kaduna Division and acquired considerable experience in appellate court practice. I have also drafted and vetted several contract agreements. I have developed excellent skills in legal research, legal drafting, arbitration, legal writing and litigation.

I am currently practicing as a Senior Associate Counsel in a busy Law firm. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association and also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK. I have prosecuted several matters up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria and obtained several judgements in favour of my clients.
My ultimate goal is to gain considerable experience in legal practice, international Arbitration and lead an Oil and Gas Consultancy firm.
