Representing a German multinational in large scale post-M&A ICC arbitration (seat Frankfurt, NY law) arising out of the seller's breaches of warranty regarding the historical financial performance of businesses in the agricultural sector.
Representing a U.S. company on a CBMA arbitration (seat Rio de Janeiro, Brazilian law) arising out of a breach of a bareboat agreement.
